The most common causes of stomach ache include the stomach flu, constipation, and appendicitis. Autoimmune diseases such as Crohn’s or colitis can also cause severe pain in stomach. If any person gets attacked suddenly with a severe pain in his abdomen then he should go to the doctor immediately at his earliest for getting the proper diagnose and knowing the proper cause then treatment according to that.

Another common symptom of severe stomach pain is gastroenteritis or stomach flu. Gastroenteritis is caused by an infectious virus. The people suffering from stomach flu can be recovered easily after the treatment and rest of the fewer time. But those who are suffered with the gastroenteritis have a severe action of cramping pain and burning pain in the abdominal muscles in the upper area. It is often come by the fever, diarrhea, and vomiting.

The difficulty in moving intestine can be affected by the constipation in which there is harsh stomach ache. Constipation is reduced by exercising and eating fibers in an excess amount as to excrete easily because the undigested food particles will get digested. The person carries with the constipation should also look for the doctor if it is due to the weight loss.

In appendicitis, the stomach pain is normal and mild at the start but grows more rapidly after the time passing and becomes severe. The area where the pain of appendicitis happens is near the naval and the lower right section of the stomach area. If the area is pressurized then the pain becomes like a worse condition and then it is unbearable.

The treatment of appendicitis is to remove the appendix by surgical method. Sometimes, the appendix gets infected due to some reasons in the body before getting detached and ruptures from the body. So it becomes necessary for the patient to treat for the infection before having enduring surgery.

Crohn’s disease and colitis is just like an inflammation in the area of the abdomen which is the cause of severe pain in the stomach. The location of the pain depends on the person that what type of disease he is concerned with. In most cases, the crohn’s disease leads to wounds in the intestines which cause pain with the vomiting.

A person who is distressed with the left-sided colitis also has severe pain in the stomach. Along with the pain, a person may have diarrhea that is too bloody, feel fatigued and lose of weight unwillingly. The treatments for this disease are steroids, medications that control the immune system and dosages of antibiotics.
