  • If women are getting calories while breast feeding, it should be up to 1,800 and 2,000 calories count per day. If they consume the fewer amounts than that, it will suffer the production of milk.
  • Women have to try to lose weight after initial 60 days after the baby's birth. Lose no more than 1.5 pounds each of the week. They can be capable of lose weightwhile breastfeeding.
  • Mothers should try to lose weight by some medications; they should have to make such plans which could help in lose fat or weight. While breastfeeding, it is difficult to loss weight naturally so it depends on the health of body and the quality of milk production for the baby's body health.

  • Women just have to forget to take the junk food and strictly eliminate it from their diet while breastfeeding. They should not involve junk food in their diet. Such as, soda, cakes, chips and other kids of food like that. It can be risky for the baby health. Cut it totally from the diet to drop the pounds naturally.
  • The very essential thing is to drink more water (minimum 8 glasses) in a day. The less they drink water, the more critical will be the production of milk. Avoid the temptation towards the sweetened drinks or sodas while breastfeeding.
