10 Tips to Prevent Acne

1. Keep your Face Clean: It is the first necessary requirement to wash off your face again and again with cold water whether your face is full of acne or not. Water has the resistant power to protect your skin by any kind of dust particles, oil that is the cause of acne. It also removes the dead cells present on your skin and extra oil from the surface of the skin. It is better to use warm water instead of hot and cold because warm water performs as a mild facial cleanser. Do no use harsh soap such as deodorant body soap that is the cause of irritation and hurt the inflamed skin. Always use the face wash made up of natural extracts.
2. Miniaturization of Skin: There are many acne products that contain some ingredients which are the cause of dryness of the skin so it becomes important to moisturize your face daily with a good moisturizer especially milk moisturizer. Moisturizer reaches in the deep cells of your skin and makes it smooth with the long lasting effects. It prevents your skin from peeling and dryness. Moisturizers are available for the oily, dry and combination skin.

3. Use an Over-the-Counter Acne Product: An over-the-counter acne product has some chemicals that are very essential for your skin like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or lactic acid.  These chemicals help in the control of bacteria and make your skin dry. The amount should be used as per depend on the peeling or drying your skin possess. People with sensitive skin should read the caution.

4. Use Makeup Meanly: If you are doing the job then wash out your makeup at the end of the day you off from job. Otherwise, you should avoid wearing makeup during the breakouts. Choose the cosmetic products wisely and that should be strictly oil free without the addition of dyes and chemicals that are harmful and cause acne.

Be Aware of What you Put on your Hair: Using fragrances, oils, or gels on your hair, if they spread on your face in some circumstances then it will block the pores of your skin and thus it leads to the irritation. Using the gentle shampoo and conditioner will be the best. If you keep your hair longer, keep it pulled away from your face.

6. Keep your Hands off your Face: Forget the habit of propping and touching your face from your hands. Hands could anytime full of certain bacteria that get the inflammatory actions on your facial skin. Avoid picking and popping pimples with your fingers too. 

7. Stay Away from the Sun: The ultraviolet rays present in the sun can lead to the inflammation and redness. There should be time limitation while going in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2p.m. If you feel important to go outside in the sunlight then always remember to wear protective clothing like long-sleeved shirt, pants, and a broad-brimmed hat. Apply the sunscreen with SPF 30, 20 minutes before going outside.

8. Feed your Skin: Some foods like chocolate do not cause pimples. Avoiding greasy food and junk food and add more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains in your diet will help in preventing your skin from bacterial infection thus it will stop leading the acne marks on your face.

9. Exercise Daily: Make a regular habit of exercising because it is good for your whole body including your skin. While exercising, put off the equipment like jewelry that rubs your skin and may cause irritation. Shower and bath right after exercise.

10. Be Chill! Some studies have showed that the stress is one of the dangerous things for developing of acne marks on your face. Note down yourself what is the wrong situation that is making you feel stressed then find the better solutions.
