1. Facial Cleansing

Use a mild or gentle cleanser to clean your face both in morning and at night. You can use rose water as a toner after cleansing your skin with the help of the cotton ball dipped in the rose water. 2. Moisturizer

- Sit for another 15 minutes then scrub it off and rinse off with cold water. pat dry your skin then apply a light moisturizer.

4. Lemon
Lemon is considered to be a natural bleaching agent and helps promote the clear skin. Lemon contains citric acid which works to reduce the dead skin cells. Vitamin C present in this lemon helps to reduce any kind of spots on your skin by increasing the cell renewal process.
- Squeeze out the fresh lemon juice on your entire face and neck and also on the other body parts. Sit for 10 minutes after applying then rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Alternatively, squeeze out the juice of ½ of a lemon and mix in 2 tbsps of raw honey. Apply on your face then leave for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
- Follow the remedy at least 4 times a week.
5. Turmeric
Turmeric contains ingredients for making your skin healthy and glowing. It has antioxidants that are helpful to fight against the damaged cells. The regular application of turmeric gives your fair, glowing and wrinkle-free skin.
- Take equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour and mix them with a little water or milk.
- Apply on your skin and leave it for sometimes until it gets dried.
- Wash with lukewarm water, scrub your skin in a circular motion.
- Do this remedy once a week.
6. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is the best ingredient for your skin and its related problems. It is rich in antioxidants that prevent the free-radical activity which is the main cause of dullness and lifeless skin.
Coconut is an excellent moisturizer which gets penetrate under the tissues of your skin. Keep your skin well hydrated for a long time.
- Take some coconut oil and warm it for a while.
- Apply this warm oil on your face, neck, hands and legs.
- Massage gently into your skin for few minutes to allow the oil to get penetrates inside your skin for 20 minutes.
- Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
- Use this remedy once daily for every day.
7. Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is practicing in ancient Ayurveda and is often suggested to maintain the oral health, along with it is beneficial for your skin. Oil pulling helps in detoxification which means that it flushes the toxic materials out of your body.
Oil pulling is a cheap and easy process and it is completely harmless for your skin. For this purpose, your will need only extra-virgin coconut oil.
- Put 1 tbsp of extra-virgin coconut oil in your mouth.
- Swish around your mouth for about 20 minutes.
- Spit out and brush your teeth.
- Do this in the morning daily with an empty stomach.
Note: Remember not to gargle or swallow the oil.
8. Rose Water
Rose water is very essential for your skin and it makes really a glowing and beautiful skin. It nourishes and hydrates your skin. Not only has this but it keeps your skin soft and supple. It is beneficial for both oily and dry skin.
Rose water contains antioxidants and astringent properties that tend to be a great natural skin toner with a nice rosy smell left behind. Also when you want to remove your makeup, you can use a natural makeup remover.
- Soak a cotton pad in the pure rose water ( you can add little honey in it).
- Apply on your skin with gentle hands.

- Avoid washing your face more than three times a day as it will take the skin’s natural oil.
- Apply only SPF 15 sunscreen every day when you go outside in the day time.
