How to Make a DIY Weight Loss Smoothie
Things you will need:
- Plain low-fat yogurt
- A green apple
- A cucumber
- A handful of spinach
- A pineapple
- Ground flaxseed
- Ice cubes
- Parsley
- A knife
- A blender
- Measuring cups and spoons
Steps:
1. In a blender, put ½ to 1 cup of plain yogurt.
2. Now add a handful of spinach.
3. Add ½ cup of pineapple chunks.
4. Remove the seeds of green apple then add its chunks to that.
5. Add ½ cucumber finely chopped into pieces.
6. Add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed.
7. Add few springs of parsley.
8. About 1 minute, blend the mixture well together.
9. Add some ice cubes.
10. Again blend the mixture for some minutes.
Take this delicious weight loss smoothie daily or several times a week.
Note: Spinach is not allowed for those people who are on a low-oxalate diet.

- You have an option to add ¼ cup of strawberries into this smoothie.
- Instead of flaxseeds, you can add chia seeds already soaked in water.
- Make sure that you wash the fruits and vegetables before using them.
- Do not peel the green apple and cucumber in case of using organic products.
- Drink your smoothie immediately right after prepared or else you can store the remaining portion in the refrigerator up to 24 hours but try to drink as soon as you can otherwise it will lose its nutrients over time.
